Fire breaks out near Indian PM Modi’s residence

New Delhi: A fire that broke out near Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's residence in New Delhi on Monday evening was brought under control by security officials.

According to information received from the Prime Minister’s office, the fire was not in the PM's residential or office area but in the Special Protection Group reception area of the Lok Kalyan Marg complex.

“The fire is very much under control now," the tweet added
