Earthquake reported 500 km from Oman

An earthquake of magnitude 5 on the Richter scale was reported in Southern Iran.
It was recorded at 5:53 am Oman time recently.
The epicenter was 564 km away from Musandam governorate, the Sultan Qaboos University Earthquake Monitoring Centre reported.
"An earthquake occurred this morning at 5:53 am local time in Southern Iran, Bushehr with magnitude of 5 and depth of 20 km, about 564 km from Khasab in Musandam governorate." - Earthquake Monitoring Centre
