SalamAir’s maiden flight to Phuket takes off

Muscat: Omani low-cost airline SalamAir’s first flight to Phuket, Thailand, took off on December 23, in the presence of Captain Mohammed Ahmed, the CEO of SalamAir, and Suwat Kaewsook, Thailand’s Ambassador in Muscat. Also present were Sheikh Samer Al Nabhani, Oman Airports Chief Commercial Officer and other executives.

The new link will initially operate three times a week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, departing Muscat at 4:00 local time and arriving in Phuket at 13:00 local time. The flight will depart Phuket at 13:45 local time arriving in Muscat at 17:15 local time.
