Second location in Muscat set up for eclipse watchers

Muscat: A second location from which people can watch the upcoming solar eclipse on the morning of December 26th has been set up in Muscat.

The Oman Astronomical Society, in collaboration with The Research Council has set up a viewing site at Knowledge Oasis Muscat. Members of the OAS will welcome people who wish to observe the eclipse from there

“Supported by The Research Council, we invited you to attend the annular eclipse viewing event in front of the innovation centre building,” said Issam Al Salhi of the Oman Astronomical Society. “Solar eclipse glasses will be provided to all those who attend.”
