Muscat: An Advanced Sports Management Diploma Programme 2019, organised by OOA in cooperation with International Olympic Solidarity concluded on Thursday.
The closing ceremony was patronised by Sheikh Saif bin Hilal Al Hosani, OOC Vice Chairman, in the presence of Dr. Fareed bin Khamis Al Zadjali, OOC and OOS member, Taha bin Sulaiman Al Kushari, OOC Secretary General, and many technical specialists.
In addition to the lecture by Hisham bin Salem Al Adwani, director of the Advanced Sports Management Diploma Programme, many other participants also presented their views.
OOC Vice Chairman then handed over certificates to 18 participants and presented a souvenir to the Director of the Advanced Sports Management Programme.
The programme aims to better serve the institutions. It is one of the most important programmes organised by OOA in 2019 because of its modern skills and concepts for administrative staff of sports institutions, especially as it was distributed in the form of workshops held for three days each month. The workshops covered six chapters of the Olympic Sports Management Organisation latest book.
The programme was attended by IOC accredited lecturer Hisham bin Salem Al-Adwani, Director of the Advanced Sports Management Diploma Programme. The number of participants was 18 from OOC, Associations, Sports Committees and the Ministry of Sports Affairs.
Each classes covered management techniques with themes and diagrams. In each chapter, a presentation on a specific case study was presented to show participants how to deal with Sports Organisation.
