Fire breaks out at petrol station in Oman

Muscat: A fire broke out at a petrol station in wadi Bani Khalid and firefighters and police dealt with the blaze, the Public Authority for Civil Defense and Ambulance (PACDA) has said.

According to the authorities, no injuries were reported due to the fire.

In an online statement, PACDA said: “In referring to the filling station fire (Al Maha) at the entrance to the road to the wilayat of wadi bani Khalid, the fire was brought under control and doused without causing casualties."

It added: “We applaud the role of the station's workers for responding quickly and reducing the spread of the fire.”
