Two arrested over theft in Oman

Muscat: Two people have been arrested for theft under duress in South Sharqiyah, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) has said.

In a statement, ROP said: “South Sharqiyah Police Command arrested two people on charges of theft under duress from a bystander.”

It added: ‘Legal proceedings are underway.”
