No cases of poisoning, Omani school clarifies

Muscat: There are no cases of poisoning recorded at the Jaffer bin Al Julanda School for Basic Education, in the Governorate of Al Dakhiliyah, the school administration said.

The school denied rumours being circulated on social media about the occurrence of poisoning on campus and issued a statement on the same.

"It is not true that one of the students contaminated drinking water in the school, as the school administration or health centers did not record any health condition indicating that."
