Watch: Community Mall to come up at this park in Muscat

Muscat Municipality has signed an agreement to develop, improve and maintain the Al Khuwair Park.

They will also establish a dedicated fast food outlet as well as enhance the children's play area with modern equipment and implement a commercial complex 'Community Mall'.

The deal was signed on Tuesday with Bayan Investment House to use land owned by the municipality to establish a commercial complex.

It is spread out over 3,380 square meters in Al Khuwair area in Bawshar, and the work will start within one year from the date of signing the contract.
