Expat woman arrested for stealing gold, cash in Oman

Muscat: A woman was arrested by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) on charges of stealing gold jewellery and cash in Al Batinah North.

In a statement issued online, ROP said: "The police command of the northern Al Batinah governorate arrested a woman of Arab nationality who stole gold jewellery and cash in three different incidents. Legal proceedings against her are underway."
