MUSCAT:
As passenger numbers grows across the Sultanate’s airports, the Oman Airport Management Company (OAMC) is introducing a series of initiatives to involve the public in innovating and improving their experience.
Fkrati is a new initiative by OAMC aimed at promoting creativity and innovation at Oman Airports by encouraging their employees to put forward ideas that will benefit the organization through maximizing profits, improving quality of working conditions, eliminating inefficiencies as well as increasing safety and promoting health among other benefits.
Currently OAMC is in the process of making the initiative open to the public.
Today the Times of Oman and sister publication, Al Shabiba, partners with OAMC to report each month the latest in developments across Oman’s airports.
Another initiative called “Something on your mind” will be re-launched by the organisation in which it will provide a mechanism to collect customers’ feedback.
“It is vitally important to listen to our passengers’ and visitors’ concerns and comments, to ensure we are continuing to meet their needs and improve their experience,” said Aimen Al Hosni, OAMC Chief Executive Officer.
OAMC is striving to make Oman Airports among the top 20 in the world by the year 2020 by providing achieving high customer satisfaction as they develop the infrastructures and facilities for passengers and visitors.
