Beach cleanup campaign in Oman

Muscat: A beach cleanup campaign launched by Muscat Municipality, focused on islands and beaches in the province, has resulted in the collection of huge quantities of waste.

In a statement issued online, the Municipality said, "The Municipality directorate in Muttrah Al Kubra is carrying out a clean-up campaign for islands and beaches of eastern villages in wilayat Muscat."
