Sultan Qaboos street in Salalah now open for traffic

Muscat: The Sultan Qaboos street in Salalah has been opened for traffic after the completion of maintenance works.

The Municipality of Dhofar said in a statement online, "The Municipality, represented by the Roads and Lighting Department, has finished work on Sultan Qaboos Street in Salalah, extending from Qurum roundabout in Awqad to Raysut roundabout in Salalah and opened it to traffic."

"The maintenance work included the complete removal of the old asphalt and its replacement with a new layer," the muncipality added.
