Weather update: rain expected over Northern Oman

Muscat: More rainfall is expected over the northern part of Oman, according to the Public Authority of Civil Aviation (PACA).

In an online statement, PACA said: "Mainly clear skies over the rest of the Sultanate, with chances of dense clouds development and isolated rain occasionally thundershowers over the Al Hajar mountains and adjoining areas during the afternoon."

"The weather in the Dhofar Governorate will remain clear, while the coastal regions of Oman will witness partly cloudy skies," PACA added
