Video: Oman fisherman catches sharks with his bare hands

Muscat: A video of a young Omani fisherman catching sharks by hand off the coast of Dhofar Governorate is going viral on social media.

The video shows Omar Al Yafee successfully catching small sharks with his hands in the Arabian Sea in Dhofar Governorate.

Although Omar makes it looks easy, experts say this skill requires lots of experience - and courage.

Speaking to Times of Oman, Adel Al Yafee, Omar's cousin said: "Omar has always been known for his strong heart, courage and daring."
