Muscat: The Consulate General of Oman in Australia has urged students not to share extreme videos that encourage hate speech or crimes, nor to keep them in their phones or laptops.
A statement by the Consulate read, "Immigration laws in Australia and New Zealand prohibit sharing of any photographs or videos that encourage murder, hate, racism, or sectarianism.”
"Due to this, the Consulate General urges all students not to share any of these videos, nor to keep them in their phones or laptops," the statement added.
