MSM’s Quality Disclosure Award for Renaissance Services

Muscat: Renaissance Services has been awarded the Muscat Securities Market (MSM) ‘Quality Disclosure Award 2019’.
The award honours the best eight listed companies in maintaining benchmark disclosure standards.
The ceremony was held at MSM Investors’ Hall, under the auspices of Abdullah Salim Al Salmi, CMA Executive President in the presence of a number of CMA officials and executives of listed companies.
This is part of the efforts made by CMA to promote disclosure and raise awareness about transparency and the importance of disclosing interim and material information.
At “Renaissance we are proud of our governance structure, our record for disclosure and our reputation for transparency,” said Renaissance CFO Vishal Goenka.
“The recognition of this award gives us great encouragement and motivation.”
