Seeb cricket team to play matches in UAE

Muscat: A cricket team from Seeb made up entirely of Omanis will be travelling on a tour of the United Arab Emirates to ensure their players get some much-needed match experience.
The tour will see OCT Seeb (Oman Cricket Team Seeb) leave for Dubai on 2 May, 2019, to play two matches with domestic teams from the UAE at Al Ain cricket ground. The first match will be played with the UAE’s under-19 team on Friday morning, while the second match will be held on Saturday afternoon with Al Ain Club.
OCT Seeb are one of several domestic teams in the country that operate under the authority of the Oman Cricket Association (OCA), the governing body for cricket in the Sultanate of Oman. The tour will take place after the completion of the Oman domestic cricket league. The teams are expected to return to Muscat on Saturday evening.
