This project in Oman offers comfort at affordable prices

Muscat: With an aim to provide comfort and ease for Omani citizens, a new residential-commercial project is coming up next year in Al Mawaleh, Muscat.
Omnia Al Mawaleh, located behind Seeb City Centre, will according to plans, be completed by the middle of 2020.
Rezone Properties Co. assigned to be the exclusive marketing agent for the project and has laid the foundation for Omnia Real Estate Development Project recently.
Nabil Al Lawati, Chief Executive Officer of Rezone Properties Co., said that the construction works are expected to reach the phase of completion by mid 2020.

“The prices start from OMR29,900 per apartment. The prices of commercial units start from OMR42,000,” Al Lawati said.
He added that the project since its inauguration has received a high level of immediate customer demand for shops and apartments due to its strategic location at Mazaya Residential Complex with its integrated services.
“The project has a distinguished geographic location, as it is located only five kilometres from Muscat International Airport and a group of malls and shopping centres,” Al Lawati said.
“The project will comprise of six commercial units and 24 apartments with designs based on the latest modern architectural designs, in addition to the selection of the finest European and international products that meet the highest standards in terms of quality and design, Al Lawati added.
