Muscat: With an aim to provide comfort and ease for Omani citizens, a new residential-commercial project is coming up next year in Al Mawaleh, Muscat.
Omnia Al Mawaleh, located behind Seeb City Centre, will according to plans, be completed by the middle of 2020.
Rezone Properties Co. assigned to be the exclusive marketing agent for the project and has laid the foundation for Omnia Real Estate Development Project recently.
Nabil Al Lawati, Chief Executive Officer of Rezone Properties Co., said that the construction works are expected to reach the phase of completion by mid 2020.
