Royal Oman Police arrests three in Musandam

Muscat: A person has been arrested for attempting to smuggle alcohol in Musandam, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) announced.

In a statement online, ROP said, "Members of the Musandam Governorate police force managed to arrest a person attempting to smuggle alcohol, and seized a quantity of alcohol."

In another case in the Musandam Governorate, ROP has arrested two expats for trying to enter the country illegally.

"The Baja police station also arrested two people of Asian nationality for illegally entering the country, and legal proceedings have been taken against them," the police added.
