Royal Oman Police make drug arrest

Muscat: A person has arrested on the charge of possession of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, the Royal Oman Police announced.

ROP said in a statement online: "The Department of Anti Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances lead by Al Buraimi Governorate Police arrested a person for possession of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances for the purpose of trafficking and abuse."

"Legal proceedings have been taken against the accused," ROP added.
