These wilayats to witness 40 degree temperature today

Muscat: Temperatures in Wilayats Sur and Rustaq are expected to touch 40 degrees on Saturday, April 6, the Public Authority of Civil Aviation (PACA) announced.

According to the meteorology authority, Muscat, Suhar, Nizwa, and Ibra will experience a maximum temperature of 36, 37, 38 and 39 degrees respectively.

The minimum temperature will vary from 25 degrees in Muscat to 24 in Nizwa and Rustaq.

In a statement, PACA said, "Mainly clear skies over most of the Sultanate with advection of high to medium clouds over the northern governorates with chances of isolated rain,"

"Chance of late night to early morning low-level clouds or fog patches over parts of governorates of South Al Shariqyah and Al Wusta,” PACA added.
