ROP arrests expats for Oman labour law violation

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) arrested 16 expats for violating the labor and residence law in North Al Sharqiyah governorate.

ROP, in an online statement, said: "Northern Al Sharqiyah Police Command, represented by the Ibra police station, arrested 16 people of Asian nationality on charges of violating work and residence law in Al Yahmdi area in Wilayat Ibra."
