Muscat: Oman Air has cancelled two flights from Muscat to Istanbul on April 5 and 6.
The cancellation was due to shutting down Ataturk Airport and the opening of the new Istanbul International Airport.
In an online statement, the national carrier said, “Dear valued guests, we would like to bring to your attention that our flight from Muscat to Ataturk Airport flight number WY165 on the 5th April and flight number WY166 from Ataturk Airport to Muscat on the 6th April will be cancelled due to transition to New Airport [Istanbul Airport].
