Hit and run suspect arrested in Oman

MUSCAT: The Royal Oman Police has arrested a citizen accused in a hit and run case in Sohar.According to ROP, the police command of North Al Batinah governorate were able to identify the suspect and arrested the alleged driver who fled the scene after the incident.

In a statement ROP said: "the police command of the north Al Batinah governorate arrested a citizen who caused an accident and ran away from the scene earlier this month in wilayat of Sohar. We are taking legal action against him."
