Muscat: Bollywood stars have begun to arrive in Oman, ahead of the gala Filmfare Middle East anniversary celebration planned for this evening
Slated to be held at the Shangri La resort in Oman, the event is the first of it's kind in the Sultanate.
Film producer Madhur Bhandarkar, music producer Bappi Lahiri and Rizwan Sajan, the founder of Danube, the franchise owners of Filmfare Middle East, all arrived in Oman yesterday.
Meanwhile, actress Jacqueline Fernandes shared a post of herself catching up on sleep on the flight to the Sultanate.
Event host Kubbra Sait was enjoying a coffee ahead of the big bash.
"Kubbra Sait is all excited as she sips on her coffee and gets charged up to host the Filmfare Middle East anniversary, the biggest Bollywood night ever!" said the organisers.
"Stars pouring in!" they added "Nora Fatehi will make the Omanis dance on her tunes at the Filmfare Middle East 2019 anniversary!"
Actor Ishaan Khatter also came in last night
"Ishaankhatter touched Muscat to attend Oman’s biggest Bollywood night ever: the Filmfare ME 19 anniversary! Just a day to go!" the organisers said.
