Muscat: Omani and GCC citizens looking for a high-end yet affordable residence will soon have more options to choose from as a new integrated residential complex is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2021 in Muscat.
Located in Bowshar, Rimal 2 will be built on an area of 44,000 sq.m offering 148 residential units with one, two and three bedroom apartments. Moreover, it will include various facilities like swimming pools for both adults and children, separate gym for men and women, underground parking, mall, among many others.

According to Mohamad bin Abdullah Al Khonji, Chairman and CEO of Aqar, the leading property developer in the Sultanate, the starting price of apartments will be OMR 38,995.
"The construction of project will start next month in April and will hopefully be completed by the end of December in 2021. The starting price of apartments in Rimal 2 will be of OMR 38,995 that can be paid over an installment of three years without any interest," Al Khonji said while talking to Times of Oman.
He added that the project also offers commercial units at the starting price of OMR 27,995 that can also be paid over the period of three years at interest-free rates.
