Oman Air cancels 34 more flights

Muscat: National carrier, Oman Air has cancelled 34 more flights in between March 19 and March 22, following Public Authority for Civil Aviation directives on suspending operations of Boeing 737 Max.

Some of the routes which were cancelled on include Mumbai, Bangalore, Salalah, Dubai, Bahrain, Hyderabad, Goa, Doha, Amman, Calicut and Karachi.

In between March 14 to 18, Oman Air had cancelled of a total of 82 flights.

In a statement, Oman Air said: “As a result of the Public Authority for Civil Aviation directives on suspending operations of Boeing 737 Max, certain flights until March 30 to a number of destinations have been cancelled. We are rebooking guests on alternative / next available flights to their destinations. We advise all our guests who are due to travel during the same period to check the flight status or contact our call center +96824531111.”
