Royal Oman Police continues search for missing persons

Muscat: The joint search and rescue operation for people missing off the coast of Oman in the Wilayat of Muhut continues, the Royal Oman Police has announced.

According to authorities, the individuals went missing at sea in the Wilayat. No further detail was given as to the exact number of individuals, or the dates since they first went missing.

In a statement online, ROP said, "With the support of the Coast Guard, ROP aviation, the Royal Air Force of Oman and the Public Authority for Civil Defense and Ambulance, efforts are continuing to search for missing persons at sea in Wilayat Muhut."
