Muscat: The Royal Army of Oman has announced opportunities to recruit new soldiers and musicians. The recruitment period begins on Wednesday the 6th of March, 2019.

A statement by the Ministry of Defence read, "The Royal Army of Oman, in coordination with the Public Authority for Manpower Register, is pleased to announce the beginning of recruitment for diploma holders and its equivalent as recruits at the Royal Amy of Oman for the year 2019. For details, please visit the Public Authority for Manpower Register's website at www.pamr.gov.om or call the call centre at 80077575.

Another opportunity, exclusively for women, is recruiting females to become musicians of the band of the Royal Army of Oman.
