
Muscat: A house that was used by expats to tailor men and women's clothing in Muttrah, has been raided by authorities, Muscat Municipality announced.
In a statement online, the municipality said, "The Muttrah Urban Inspection department in cooperation with the Royal Oman Police carried out a major raid on a residential house that was used by expatriate labourers to carry out sowing activities of women and men's clothing.
"The legal procedures were taken against the expats, and the materials used for sewing were confiscated," added the municipality.
