Citizen arrested for hit and run accident

An Omani who ran over a person and fled the scene of the accident has been arrested.
According to officials, the accident took place at 3:30 am on Sunday.
"Al Khoudh police station arrested a citizen accused of running over a person in Al Khoudh, and escaping the place of the accident, leaving the dead body behind." – Royal Oman Police
Police added that after investigations, the accused was arrested and admitted to his crime, and the vehicle was also confiscated.
