Golden Tulip Seeb Hotel up for mixed-use project

Muscat: One of Muscat's most iconic buildings, Golden Tulip Seeb Hotel, will be demolished for the development of a mixed use project by the Oman Aviation Group (OAG).

The Group has recently issued a tender notice and the interested companies can obtain the documents from the main office of OAG, Contracts Department, located at the Public Authority for Civil Aviation building, ground floor. The closing date for buying documents according to the tender notice is February 25, 2019 whereas the last date for submission of the document is March 14, 2019.

The eligibility criteria defined by OAG is that locally registered companies should be experienced and specialized in these types of services, and it should hold a Tender Board registration of “Excellent Grade” or “1st Grade”.

The fee mentioned, which is non-refundable, is OMR100.
