Shisha café in Oman fined for functioning without a licence

Muscat: A shisha cafe in Bausher, that was operating without a licence, has been fined by municipal authorities in the Sultanate's capital.

In a statement online, Muscat Municipality said, "During its field visits, the Urban Inspection Department of the General Directorate of Muscat Municipality fined a restaurant in Bausher, for selling and offering shisha without a licence, which is contrary to the local order of the regulation of markets and administrative Decision No. 55/2017."
