Oman Air flight diverted due to ‘technical reasons’

Muscat: Oman Air flight WY105 from Muscat to Manchester was diverted to Ataturk International Airport in Istanbul for "technical reasons”, officials announced.
In a statement online, Oman Air said, "Upon arrival, all guests were met and assisted by Oman Air's Ataturk International Airport staff. Our teams are making all the necessary arrangement to re-accommodate all affected guest to their final destinations through alternative flights."
"We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this incident has caused. As always, Oman Air's primary concern is the safety of their guests and crew."
