MUSCAT: Sketch International’s Sukhvinder Singh picked up 4 for 17 to plot Aster Hospital’s downfall in a G Division match at Muscat Municipality ground 4 in Amerat.
Aster Hospital was bundled out for 120. Noushad K (39) and Usman Tufail (30 not out) were the main scorers. Apart from Sukhvinder, Davinder Kumar bowled well too, taking 3 for 20.
Sketch International raced to the target in just 12 overs, scoring 124 for 3. Ali Asger topscored with a vital 38 while Yousuf Patanwala chipped in with 26.

Abdul Aziz beat Nurson XI
Nurson XI all-rounder Pervez Beg’s superb show went in vain as Abdul Aziz Ali Trading scored a thrilling victory thanks to a brilliant spell by Shahid Azeem in an H Division game at OAC 3 ground in Seeb.
Batting first, Abdul Aziz scored 151 all out in 19 0vers, Taqeer Shahzad (29) and Amir Mushtaq (27) being their notable scorers. Pervez claimed 4 for 25 while Waseem Nasir took 3 for 15.
Nurson XI made a valiant attempt chasing a fighting total but fell short by 2 runs, getting all out for 149 in 19 overs. Pervez was its main performer with the bats as well, scoring a threatening 40 before he got out. Mudassir Ghansar contributed 25. Shahid bagged 4 for 17 while Sunil Lal took two wickets.

Cricworld defeat Aflag Group
SAS Cricworld scored an exciting 3-wicket win against Aflag Group in an I Division clash at OAC 3 ground. Aflag Group was dismissed for a meagre 123 in the last over. Syed Osama scored 34. Jebin James and Kenson Kent claimed three wickets each.
Cricworld overhauled the target in the 19th over, scoring 124 for 7. Imran Ali topscored with 46 while Waseem Al Balushi made 22. Muhammed Yameen troubled many Aflag batsmen, taking four wickets for only 6 runs in
his spell.
