78 graduate from ICD’s Senior Specialists Skill Development Programme

Muscat: The Institute for Competency Development (ICD) of the Diwan of Royal Court held a ceremony at Al Wahat Club under the auspices of Hussain bin Ali bin Abdullatif, Advisor at the Diwan of Royal Court to mark the gradation of 78 participants at the Senior Specialists Skill Development Programme.
Hussain bin Ali bin Abdullatif, Advisor at the Diwan of Royal Court stressed the importance of training, rehabilitation and education. He pointed out that the Diwan of Royal Court attaches a great care to training and rehabilitation.
Dr. Khamis bin Saud Al Tobi, Director General of Administrative Development, Acting Director General of ICD said in a speech that the Senior Specialists Skill Development Programme is part of the plans and programmes of ICD. At the end of the event, the chief guest handed over certificates to the graduates.
