Weather update: Rains continue in northern parts of Oman

Muscat: Parts of Muscat have begun to experience rainfall, as heavy clouds continue to thicken over northern parts of the Sultanate.
"Heavy clouds will continue to concentrate over northern and southern Sharqiyah and Muscat, with the precipitation of scattered rains," Oman Meteorology said in a report on Sunday morning.
"Cloud activity will continue to intensify over the rest of the coast of the Sea of Oman and Al Hajar mountains with the chance of isolated rains later on in the day," the statement added.
