More than 13,000 people visited water ponds during holidays in Oman

Tourist destinations in Oman witnessed a surge in visitors over the five-day holiday.
According to the Ministry of Tourism, 13,317 people visited the water ponds at Wadi Bani Khalid in North Sharqiyah Governorate from November 20 to 23, 2018.
"The Wilayats of South Al Sharqiyah governorates have witnessed active tourist movement since the beginning of the National Day holiday. The occupancy rate in tourism establishments was 100 per cent.” - Ministry of Tourism.
Additionally, South Al Sharqiyah Tourism Forum witnessed a large turnout of more than 3,000 visitors a day.
