Officials raid business selling alcohol, illegal cigarettes in Oman

Muscat: A business that sold alcohol, prohibited cigarettes was raided by the Muscat Municipality, authorities have announced.

Officials said that the raid took place in the industrial area in Mabela.

According to Muscat Municipality’s statement, “In cooperation with Royal Oman Police (ROP), the inspection team of Muscat Municipality in Seeb raided a place in the industrial area of Mabela for selling alcohol and illegal cigarettes. Legal action has been taken against the violators.”
