More than 150 illegal vendors held in ministry raids

Muscat: As many as 153 illegal expat workers were rounded up after inspection campaigns in Mawaleh Central Market over the past two months, Ministry of Manpower has said.
In an online statement, the ministry said, "During September and October, the inspection team in Muscat carried out a number of campaigns in Mawaleh Central Market for vegetables and fruits, where it arrested 153 illegal street vendors in the market."
