Muscat: Michelin-starred chef Igor Macchia will be hosted by Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa, from April 21 to 23, to serve an exclusive Michelin dining experience at the resort’s Italian restaurant, Capri Court.
Igor Macchia has worked in many restaurants all over Italy and Europe.
Among the restaurants Igor worked for, La Credenza has always been his second home. After many years spent experimenting and creating his personal style, both as a chef and pastry chef, he finally started a co-ownership of the restaurant in 2005 and was awarded with One Michelin Star the following year.
Chef Macchia is always eager to experiment, research and rediscover; what he loves the most is the wind of passion and historical food culture.
Diners have been invited to join Igor’s culinary journey in Capri Court – the resort’s Italian restaurant located in Al Bandar hotel – from April 20 to 23, where a la carte menu will be featured, including dishes such as pumpkin risotto, beef tartar and grapefruit gelatine.
