His Majesty congratulates President of Ireland

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of congratulations to President Michael Daniel Higgins of Ireland on the occasion of re-electing him for a new presidential term.
In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere congratulations along with best wishes of success to President Higgins in leading the friendly people of Ireland towards further progress and growth.
