His Majesty congratulates Governor General of Antigua and Barbuda

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of congratulations to Dr. Rodney Williams, Governor General of Antigua and Barbuda on the occasion of his country's Independence Anniversary.
