Two miners were rescued from a coal mine in China's eastern Shandong province but 18 are still trapped inside.
A rock burst last weekend destroyed part of a water drainage tunnel in the coal mine that killed two and trapped 20 workers.
Hundreds of rescuers were dispatched to the mine site after the accident.
On Sunday, it added that two miners were rescued, but only one survived after emergency treatment.
