Al Hail CT hopes to promote cricket at Oman Sports Conference & Exhibition

Muscat: Al Hail Cricket Team is hoping to 'bring the cricket into limelight' at the Oman Sports Conference and Exhibition which is scheduled to start on Monday.
In a press statement Al Hail CT Manager Moula Bakhsh Al Balushi said: "This is the second year running that Al Hail Cricket Team has the privilege to participate in this prestigious event, on the kind invitation extended by the Ministry of Sports Affairs."
"Al Hail Cricket Team’s participation is important to bring the sport of cricket into limelight, specifically from the point of view of Omani players. With our participation, we hope to re-brand our team and academy that we have already started, and also help encourage new players to take up this glorious sport.
"We would like to thank the Ministry of Sport Affairs for taking the lead in providing such a platform for showcasing all sport activities in the Sultanate."
The exhibition will take place at the Oman International Exhibition Centre and the timings are 10 am to 1.00 pm and 4.00 pm to 9.00 pm.
"Every person that visits the exhibition will help develop the sporting spirit which will encourage the Ministry to organise such events at regular intervals," the statement said.
"It will also help us to achieve our goal to build a credible pool of talented Omani-expat cricketers who will be able to serve the best interests of cricket in Oman in the future and bring glory to our beloved Sultanate of Oman," the statement added.
