At least three people were killed and 15 injured after in India's northern Shahjahanpur district.
This happened after the roof of a building still under construction collapsed on Sunday.
Rescuers worked through the night to extricate people trapped under the rubble.
The contractor has been arrested and authorities are investigating the accident.
