Schools in Dhofar to remain closed on Sunday

Muscat: The Ministry of Education has announced that all schools in Dhofar will remain closed on Sunday due to the heavy rainfall that the governorate has received as a result of tropical storm Luban.

The Ministry of Education disclosed the information in an online statement.

“Due to the tropical storm Luban, in order to ensure the safety of all students and teachers, the Ministry of Education has decided to suspend all schools in Dhofar tomorrow, Sunday October 14. Study will resume on Monday October 15,” the statement by the ministry read.
