Royal directives to promote 2010 batch Oman government staff

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said yesterday issued his Royal directives to promote the 2010 batch of Omani government employees.
The Council of Ministers yesterday issued a statement to this effect reading as follows: “Within the context of the continuous attention of His Majesty to the people of this dear homeland and HM’s keenness to provide suitable conditions for all that might achieve the public interest, His Majesty the Sultan issued his Royal directives to promote the 2010 batch of Omani state (government) employees. Accordingly, the Council of Ministers, in its session yesterday, tasked the departments concerned to undertake all necessary measures to implement the Royal directives in this respect.”
Minister thanks His Majesty
Sheikh Khalid bin Omar Al Marhoon, Minister of Civil Service has expressed his thanks and gratitude to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said for His Majesty’s Royal Directives on promotion of 2010 Batch of Omani state employees.
In a statement, he said that the Royal Directives of His Majesty come in continuation to His Majesty’s keenness, support and enhancement of aspects related to jobs for all sectors of the society, which he said would encourage all citizens at all job levels. He also reaffirmed that all departments would work to put in place the procedures required to this end. He prayed to the Almighty Allah to grant His Majesty the Sultan good health, happiness and a long life for further progress and prosperity of the Sultanate.
