Four expat workers found dead at shipping port

Four expat workers were found dead after they were trapped at Salalah Port while cleaning a ship recently.

All four victims were of "Asian nationality", according to Oman's Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance.

"The team dealing with accidents of hazardous materials in the Department of Civil Defense and Ambulance in Dhofar governorate dealt with the report of the fall of 4 persons of Asian nationality at Salalah Port during the process of cleaning a ship (Lynch).” - Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance

Officials added that the team was able to pull them out, however they were already dead.
